As the Center’s Relations Associate, Hannah advances engagement with major donors, community partners, and impact investors, helping them connect more deeply to the Center’s mission. She contributes to strategy, strengthens planned giving outreach, and brings stories from our housing and community projects to life.

Originally from the greater Boston area, Hannah earned her degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire, with a focus in Forestry and Land Management. Her experience across conservation and service industries shaped her belief in the power of community—a value she brings to our team and every conversation.
