Investing in Place

The Center combines investment capital, grant funding, and private philanthropy to fuel projects and programs in the focal communities we serve. These resources enable us to renovate key buildings, expand broadband coverage, and tackle important revitalization projects in partnership with our local partners.

Developing Housing to Support Communities

The Center creates quality housing that is affordable for the local workforce as a key element of our broader work to revitalize communities in the Northern Forest. Discover our housing development work in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York.
