Heidi is Director of Business Development at Neagley & Chase Construction Company (NCC), which she joined in 2017. She also serves as Director of Sustainability. A registered architect (AIA, LEED AP BD+C) with more than 25 years of experience in the Design and Construction industries, Heidi has an extensive history of successful partnerships in a broad range of project types, including education, housing, non-profit and commercial sectors. Her experience in sustainable design and high-performance construction spans across Energy Star, LEED, Passive House Institute, Low Embodied Carbon, Living Building Institute, and Net Zero Energy.

Heidi combines her passions for building, collaborating with skilled professionals, solving problems, and sustainability.

When Heidi’s not working, you can find her with friends and family winding her way through the mountains on bike, foot, or skis.
