A Campaign to Create Homes for Workers and Families

Across the Adirondacks, teachers, nurses, and small business owners are struggling to find quality housing. Traditional affordable housing programs don’t serve this “missing middle,” fueling population decline and limiting economic innovation.

You can help change that. With your support, the Northern Forest Center will redevelop two historic buildings into 5 apartments in Elizabethtown and build 10 new places for people to live in Tupper Lake, creating quality housing that supports local workers and strengthens communities.
