Tori leads the Center’s human resources management and organizational development, refining processes and systems, supporting the Board, and implementing effective risk management strategies. With keen attention to detail and a proactive approach, she plays a key role in shaping the Center’s operational strength and culture. Guided by a personal and professional passion for community impact, Tori is energized by being part of a team dedicated to creating opportunities that uplift rural Northern Forest communities.

Tori brings several years of nonprofit operations experience from Austin, TX, including designing and administering a Medicaid waiver program for adults with disabilities at an innovative art studio, overseeing a year-round multi-site farmers market supporting over 120 small businesses, farmers, and ranchers, and enhancing food access programming. She is an alum of Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts.

Tori lives in downtown Concord with her cat, Midge, and finds joy in roller skating, cooking, and seeing live music.
