Sierra brings a strong background in housing and real estate, with experience supporting state government organizations and local organizations focused on housing vulnerable populations. She specialized in finding creative, community-driven solutions that help individuals not only find stable housing but also thrive in their community. 

At the Northern Forest Center, Sierra serves as the Real Estate Asset Manager, overseeing the operations and management of a growing portfolio of mixed-use residential and commercial properties across the region. Her responsibilities include guiding building operations, supporting compliance and risk management, planning capital improvements, and contributing to the Center’s long-term real estate investment strategy. 

Her professional experience includes property management for housing cooperatives and condominium associations across New Hampshire. In addition to her property management background, Sierra is a licensed REALTOR® and an active member of the Capital Region Board of Realtors. Her dedication to real estate is driven by a deep passion for buildings, land, seeing the potential in distressed properties, and working towards creative solutions to housing opportunities for New Hampshire residents.  

Sierra operates with the belief that real estate should be guided by principles of honest stewardship, integrity, and kindness. She is especially committed to the idea that housing security and having a home that is not just safe and warm, but also inspiring and joyful, is an essential foundation to success in many areas of life.  

A proud New Hampshire native, Sierra resides in Webster with her family. She is always exploring new property ventures and real estate projects. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, travel, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
