Tori leads the Center’s human resources management, oversees organizational development, refines processes and systems, supports the Board, and implements effective risk management strategies, steering the organization toward improvement, efficiency, and growth. With keen attention to detail and a proactive approach, Tori plays a pivotal role in shaping the Center’s operational excellence and organizational culture. Guided by a personal and professional passion for community impact, Tori thrives in her contribution to a team dedicated to bringing possibilities that uplift rural Northern Forest communities. 

Tori brings several years of experience in nonprofit operations to the Center, including designing and administering a Medicaid waiver program for adults with disabilities at an innovative art studio, overseeing a year-round multi-site farmers market supporting over 120 small businesses, farmers, and ranchers, and enhancing food access programming in Austin, TX. She is an alumni of Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts.  

Tori lives in downtown Concord with her cat, Midge, and finds joy in roller skating, cooking, and seeing live music.
