St. Johnsbury, Vermont, expands in-town outdoor recreation opportunities for people by conserving Observatory Knob.

Center staff helped the town of Tupper Lake land a $100,000 grant for improvements to the Tupper Lake Golf Club and for planning improvements to the town's year-round recreation economy.
