The Northern Forest Center is offering apartments for year-round rent at 192 Penobscot Avenue in downtown Millinocket. The Northern Forest Center is a non-profit organization formed to create bold possibilities that give rise to vibrant communities across northern Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. Since 2018, the Center has been investing in property redevelopment to contribute to downtown revitalization and the attraction and retention of area workers and families. All apartments are rented at this time.

Apartments on Penobscot Avenue

Originally built in 1900, the Northern Forest Center redeveloped the building to create five new apartments. The newly renovated apartments feature refinished original wood flooring, large windows, modern kitchen amenities, and a great downtown location.

One-year leases are available. Full-time residency is required.

Millinocket, Maine

The apartments at 192 Penobscot Avenue are located in the heart of downtown Millinocket. They are a short distance from the town office, gear library, local food options, and downtown shops. They are also close by to town parks, pedestrian trails, and a short drive from endless recreation options.
